Albuquerque settles anti-graffiti lawsuits

The city of Albuquerque has settled two lawsuits against teenagers accused of causing more than $200,000 in damages from graffiti.

In the first lawsuit, three 15-year-olds -- Jeremy Dominguez, Joshua Santistevan and Gabriel Salas -- each have agreed to pay the city 500 dollars.

Deputy City Attorney Pete Dinelli says they also must perform 300 hours of community service and have a C average in school by the end of the semester

Dinelli says that in the second lawsuit, 19-year-old Larry Ovitt will pay the city $2,000.
