ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. -- The Rochester Hills City Council is considering a
reward program to stop graffiti artists from targeting public and private
property.
The city council is considering rewarding $2,500 to anyone who provides
information leading to an arrest and conviction of the vandals.
City officials said vandals, especially graffiti artists, have been on the rise
and the vandalism's cost has been quite substantial.
