Police Seek Graffiti Artist

"PA"

Police are appealing for information after a large amount of graffiti was scrawled on the wall of a shop in the Forest of Dean town of Lydney.

The writing was done sometime between
6.30pm and 7.30pm on January 2, and is around 10 feet in length and two feet high.

Words have been written on the white wall in bright pink pen, one of which seems to say ‘Dan4ever’.

Police believe locals may be able to identify the offender by the ’tag’ marked on the wall, and would appeal to anyone who may have any information on the damage, which is described as extensive, to contact them.

The owner of the shop on
Orchard Road is offering a reward of £100 to anyone who passes on information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the offender.

Anyone with information should call Gloucestershire Police on 0845 090 1234 or through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
