Oyster Bay Town Councilman Chris J. Coschignano advises residents that the Town has available an informative brochure detailing the Town's tough "zero Tolerance" Anti-Graffiti Campaign.

"Looking around the Town, it is evident that the Town's anti-graffiti campaign has been successful, but there are still problem areas. The Town's anti-graffiti brochure explains how we are fighting-and winning-the war against graffiti vandals.
