LA mother ordered to stand trial in graffiti spree
LOS ANGELES A mother accused of shuttling her two sons and their three friends
around in a sport utility vehicle so they could spray-paint graffiti has been
ordered to stand trial in Los Angeles on felony charges.
L-A County District Attorney's office spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons says the judge
found sufficient evidence today to allow the case against Victoria Villicano to
proceed.
Villicano's 20-year-old son, David Ramirez also was ordered to stand trial.
Villicano and Ramirez are each charged with five felony counts of vandalism.
A witness who followed the S-U-V told police that Villicano made several stops
to allow the five to spray paint the tags "H-I-V" and "H-I-V-C."
They're due back in court for arraignment on October 17th.
