The writing is on the wall for Calgary graffiti vandals

Interesting article, can you believe that one community spends 10 million a year on graffiti cleanup, and the article states that they have one officer assigned to graffiti. You would think that for a 10 million dollar a year issue, more manpower could be assigned. If you figure 10 million a year, 5 years would be 50 million dollars. I ask you this, why are they not spending more funds on effectively fighting the problem. Once again we spend millions on cleanup, and nothing on the tools that could stop the problem and save those millions of taxpayer dollars. This is a single community, ever wonder what the entire country is spending? Billions? It is your tax dollars being spent. Speak up and tell our leaders to use the tools available to them now to stop this vandalism.
