Glow in the Dark Spray Paint

We just came across this today after 50 reports of graffiti last night. Seen
at night the spray paint shows up.
Early morning it's very hard to see the graffiti. It's very light like a
white powder.

This adds a twist for all of us this Halloween. From this Glow in the Dark
